At Ingelsta Shopping both Instabox and Budbee (Instabee), where you can pick up items you’ve purchased online. The boxes are located inside Paketplatsen, next to Stora Coop and Kappahl. The boxes are available every day from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Instabox also has a unit located inside Kicks, which is available during the store’s opening hours (weekdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and weekends from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.).

Ingelsta Shopping video surveillance in the shopping center to prevent crime and provide law enforcement agencies with greater support in solving crimes.

Ingelsta Shopping to conduct video surveillance in accordance with video surveillance guidelines, the Video Surveillance Act, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

To achieve this objective, video footage is stored and may be handed over to law enforcement authorities in connection with suspected criminal activity.

The camera footage is used solely for this purpose, and access to the camera system is restricted to the shopping center’s security guards only.
