Yes, dogs are welcome in our shopping center! You’re welcome to bring your dog along while you shop, take a walk, or grab a bite to eat—but please keep in mind that each store and restaurant has its own policy regarding dogs indoors. There are clear signs at the entrance to each store and restaurant. Not sure? Feel free to ask the staff directly. Please note that service dogs are always welcome—regardless of signage or store policy.

If you need photos for driver’s license renewals, ID cards, and more, you can either visit the “Klocktorget” store or use our photo booth located inside Paketplatsen, next to Stora Coop and Kappahl. Payment is accepted by card.
At Ingelsta Shopping , several of our stores, cafés, and restaurants Ingelsta Shopping discounted prices to anyone who is 65 or older, or who will turn 65 this year. Here you’ll find all the stores that offer senior discounts on Tuesdays.
We have wheelchairs available for loan at the center. There is no charge to borrow a wheelchair, and visitors can reserve one before visiting us. To reserve a wheelchair or borrow one while you’re here, please contact Kronans Apotek at 0771-612 612 or our security guards at 070-850 65 68.

- Outside the elevators, between Hemtex and Akademibokhandeln, on the wall.
- At Lindahl's Café, on the wall facing the main dining area.
If someone in the house goes into cardiac arrest:
- Call 112
- Begin CPR immediately
- Call for help and ask someone to run and get the nearest AED. The bag contains an AED with a voice guidance system that provides instructions to the user.
Please do your part for the environment and ride your bike to Ingelsta Shopping. There are plenty of convenient bike paths leading here, and once you arrive, you can lock your bike to one of our many bike racks.

- Line 10 ( Åby–Vrinnevi Hospital). The stop at Ingelsta Shopping Ingelsta.
- Line 12 (Åby–Lindö). The stop at Ingelsta Shopping Ingelsta and Tenngatan.
- Line 13 (Loddby Allé–Herstadberg). The stop at Ingelsta Shopping Mässingsgatan.
Buses run several times an hour, and the trip from Norrköping Central Station to Ingelsta Shopping takes about ten minutes. Learn more on the Östgötatrafiken website.
If you have special needs, we can help you with:
Information screens: Located inside each entrance and in the elevator lobby down in the garage.
Parking: There are accessible parking spaces located closest to the entrance at all entrances.
Wheelchair Rental: We are happy to lend you a wheelchair if needed. If you want to ensure one is available, you can reserve one before your visit to Kronans Apotek by calling 0771-612 612, or through our security guards at 070-850 65 68.
Restrooms: There are 10 restrooms in the Food Court, including one accessible restroom with a changing table. There is also a family room with a changing table.
There are an additional 3 restrooms near Dressmann, including one accessible restroom with a changing table.
Entrances: For wheelchair users, there are accessible entrances located next to the revolving doors.
Dogs: Dogs are allowed in the shopping center.
We have 13 public restrooms; they are free of charge and located in two different areas:
- At the food court (10 stalls, one of which is wheelchair-accessible and equipped with a changing table. There is also a family room with a changing table).
- Between Dressmann and Din Sko (3 locations, one of which is accessible and equipped with a changing table)
There is an ATM at Ingelsta Shopping. You'll find it outside Guldfynd. We do not currently have a deposit machine.
Ingelsta Shopping approximately 1,200 parking spaces adjacent to Ingelsta Shopping . Most are outdoors, but we also have an indoor parking garage with approximately 200 spaces. Parking with us is completely free between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Parking is prohibited at other times. We partner with Parcum.
