Ingelsta Shopping to conduct video surveillance in accordance with video surveillance guidelines, the Video Surveillance Act, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
To achieve this objective, video footage is stored and may be handed over to law enforcement authorities in connection with suspected criminal activity.
The camera footage is used solely for this purpose, and access to the camera system is restricted to the shopping center’s security guards only.

Recorded footage is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of the camera system, which is 7 days.
