On October 1, 1938, Gösta and Valborg Lindahl arrived on Trädgårdsgatan in Norrköping to take over Torstensson’s pastry shop, which he had purchased. Gösta, who had previously run bakeries in both Ringarum and Skänninge, knew exactly what he wanted to offer: top-quality pastries and baked goods, a personalized café experience, and exceptional service. Along with the ambition to be the market leader in Norrköping, this has remained our business philosophy over the years.

Today, the company is run by Björn and Pernilla Lindahl. We have many talented and dedicated employees who, together with us, are driving the company forward!

We currently have six bakeries with seating areas in Norrköping and Finspång. We are very proud of our team, which now numbers over 100 employees. Low staff turnover and a well-trained, dedicated team, combined with our delicious products, are our greatest strengths.
