The new clinic, located at the south entrance next to Stora Coop, offers a wide range of vaccinations for both children and adults, as well as health checkups and medical certificates. The opening is part of VaccinDirekt’s initiative to make preventive healthcare more accessible by being located where people already go.
– We are pleased to be establishing a presence at Ingelsta Shopping, a location with excellent transportation links and a natural flow of visitors. For us, it’s about making preventive healthcare and vaccinations more accessible. Right now, the need for protection against tick-borne diseases, such as TBE, is greatest, which makes our presence even more relevant. All of our clinics are staffed by licensed nurses and doctors to ensure both safety and quality,” says Toni Haapanen of VaccinDirekt.
Locating the vaccination clinic in an easily accessible area is particularly beneficial for older adults and those in high-risk groups, who may require regular vaccinations and health checkups. With ample parking and proximity to other services, it becomes easier to prioritize one’s health.
“We are very pleased to welcome VaccinDirekt to Ingelsta Shopping. Their business complements our range of services well and gives our visitors even better opportunities to take care of their health while running their errands,” says Joakim Ritzén, center manager at Ingelsta Shopping.
VaccinDirekt has over 50 years of experience in vaccinations and currently operates 43 clinics throughout Sweden, as well as over 200 vaccination sites via its mobile vaccination units. The new location in Norrköping is one of several planned initiatives aimed at improving access to vaccinations nationwide.
